The Lightness of Being

It's absolutely natural just to be. To breath. To live. Yet so frequently we are chased by should's and ought's. Acting automatic. Feeling we are not enough. Proving... (what? To whom?) Maybe the purpose of this life is to re-learn acceptance and the lightness of being? Babies do know that. Children do know and do enjoy the state of just being.
